SUBMISSION & PROMOTION RULES

Who may participate

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. No purchase is necessary. Void where prohibited.

How to participate

Submit an original, truthful moment through FCKSAKE.com before the weekly deadline. Limit one prize-eligible submission per person per weekly promotion. Voting or sharing a post is not required to submit.

Your content and permission

You confirm that you created the submitted text and image, or have permission from the owner to share them. You grant FCKSAKE a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to review, edit for length, anonymize, publish, display, and promote the submission on FCKSAKE.com and FCKSAKE social-media channels. You retain ownership of your original content.

Privacy and safety

Do not submit private contact information, recognizable faces without permission, confidential workplace material, or content that harasses, threatens, humiliates, or identifies another private person. FCKSAKE may reject or remove any submission in its discretion. Contact emails are used privately for moderation and winner communication.

Voting and selection

Approved submissions may be placed into a weekly public vote. FCKSAKE may remove duplicate, automated, fraudulent, or manipulated votes. Unless a weekly post states otherwise, the eligible approved entry with the most valid votes by Sunday at 11:59 PM Mountain Time will be named the Official FCKSAKE Moment of the Week. Ties may be resolved by FCKSAKE based on originality and relatability.

Prizes

A weekly promotion may offer recognition only or a prize described in that week’s announcement. Prize value, eligibility, delivery, and any additional conditions will be disclosed before entries close. Winners will be contacted using the private email provided and may be required to confirm eligibility. No purchase is necessary.

Platform disclaimer

Promotions are sponsored and administered by FCKSAKE, not by Facebook or Instagram. By participating, entrants release Facebook and Instagram from responsibility associated with the promotion. Facebook and Instagram do not sponsor, endorse, administer, or associate with any FCKSAKE promotion.
