Safety First!!
The morning safety talk, included speaking about the ‘bump yard’ near by, and high volume of slow moving trains. This concrete truck decided to stop on the tracks anyway. Conductor had enough room, so continued, while the concrete truck was stuck under the arm of the RR Crossing. F*ck sake.

I successfully turned a 5 minute job into a f*cking 2 DAY ordeal because this super simple bolt stripped the hole....in the FRAME. FFS!
